Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA The IOA is a GSA Government official who audits Contractor records and conducts Contractor Assistance Visits (CAVs) to the Contractor’s place of business to assist the Contractor with task order reporting, Contract Access Fee (CAF) management, and other general contract administration functions deemed necessary by the Government.
Agricultural Export Subsidies 1. The Parties share the objective of the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural goods and shall work together toward an agreement in the World Trade Organization to eliminate those subsidies and prevent their reintroduction in any form.
Professional Development 9.01 Continuous professional development is a hallmark of professional nursing practice. As a self-regulating profession, nursing recognizes the importance of maintaining a dynamic practice environment which includes ongoing learning, the maintenance of competence, career development, career counselling and succession planning. The parties agree that professional development includes a diverse range of activities, including but not limited to formal academic programs; short-term continuing education activities; certification programs; independent learning committee participation. Professional Development and Training 4.1 The purpose of professional development and training requirements for interpreters is to maintain the skill levels interpreters possess at the time they pass their interpreter certification examination, and to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Both the State and the Union encourage interpreters to complete training and continuing education activities.
Cultural Resources If a cultural resource is discovered, the Purchaser shall immediately suspend all operations in the vicinity of the cultural resource and notify the Forest Officer. Operations may only resume if authorized by the Forest Officer. Cultural resources identified and protected elsewhere in this contract are exempted from this clause. Cultural resources, once discovered or identified, are not to be disturbed by the Purchaser, or his, her or its employees and/or sub- contractors.
School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.
Wyoming CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within forty-five (45) days of receipt of returned Service Agreement. ARBITRATION section of this Agreement is removed.
