Agricultural safeguards. 1. Agricultural goods qualifying as originating goods of a Party (hereinafter referred to as "originating agricultural goods") shall not be subject to any duties applied by the other Party pursuant to a special safeguard measure taken under the Agreement on Agriculture.
Agricultural safeguards. 1. Notwithstanding Article 34, a safeguard measure in the form of an import duty may be applied if, during any given twelve (12) month period, the volume of imports into SACU of an agricultural product listed in Annex IV originating in the UK exceeds the reference quantity for the product therein indicated.
