Common use of Agriculture Clause in Contracts

Agriculture. ‌ (1) New agricultural activities on land not meeting the definition of agricultural land, the conversion of agricultural lands to other uses, and other development on agricultural land that does not meet the definition of agricultural activities should be consistent with the environment designation and the general and specific use regulations applicable to the proposed use, and should assure no net loss of ecological functions and not have a significant adverse impact on other shoreline resources and values.
