Aim 1. 6.1 The aim of this Agreement is to provide a framework for a collaborative and productive workplace that improves the performance of the Town of Gawler and achieves demonstrable productivity improvements. 1.6.2 The parties are therefore committed to: (i) undertaking process reviews to identify and establish relevant performance specifications; (ii) contributing to and implementing initiatives and improvements in performance and service provision; and (iii) developing, redesigning, streamlining and documenting processes and procedures. 1.6.3 MOEAC shall be the consultative group to receive and consider all ideas and suggestions arising from process reviews and other initiatives in accordance with Clause 1.7 of this Agreement.
