Aim of this Agreement. This agreement is to define the responsibilities of the three parties involved.
Aim of this Agreement. The aim of this Agreement is to promote safe workplace practices, which provide for flexible working arrangements and which improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the services delivered to our internal and external customers. In addition, the parties aim to enhance skills, job satisfaction and equality of opportunity for employees and to assist positively in ensuring that Decmil becomes a more efficient and effective service provider in the provision of services.
Aim of this Agreement. 8.1 The aim of this Agreement is to ensure that the Parties continue to implement the highest standard of work practices to facilitate the growth and success of the Company's business and in turn deliver benefits and opportunities for its Employees.
8.2 The objectives of this Agreement include:
a) To increase the efficiency of the Company by the effective utilisation of Employees;
b) To increase the efficiency of the Company by the effective utilisation of equipment;
c) To enhance the viability of the Company and provide security of employment for Employees; &
d) To develop best practice standards that are based upon a culture of safety at work, and continuous learning and improvement.
Aim of this Agreement. The aim of this Agreement is:
a) to improve productivity and efficiency within the Council;
b) to facilitate greater flexibility of working arrangements within the framework of this Agreement;
c) to ensure a continued consultative approach to workplace relations;
d) to provide certainty, stability and equity in relation to overall pay increases and conditions for the period of operation of the Agreement; and
e) to provide the time, resources, processes and people for the above to occur.
Aim of this Agreement. The aim of this Agreement is to provide stability and security through reliance upon the continuing growth and performance improvement of the business. This growth and performance improvement will be achieved through all Employees recognising the significance of and enthusiastically implementing the vision, mission and values statements as outlined above.
Aim of this Agreement. Consistent with the Mission, Values and Philosophy of the Sisters of Charity Health Service, this Agreement aims to build a culture of partnership between St Vincent’s Medical Imaging and its staff, as well as maintain and enhance the health services provided. Essentially this Agreement is designed to: provide varied and more fulfilling career path opportunities to staff; recognise the contribution and value of staff on an equitable, collaborative and consistent basis; attract, retain and motivate staff; focus the work of staff towards the Mission, Values, and Philosophy of the Sisters of Charity Health Service, and the corporate objectives and strategic plans of St Vincent's Private Hospital; encourage and promote the active contribution of staff towards initiatives that improve the quality and increase the efficiency of services provided by the Medical Imaging Service; encourage the development, maintenance and improvement of performance measurement indicators in all departments represented by the staff covered by this Agreement; such indicators including absenteeism, overtime rates, output per full time equivalent and quality indicators. Through a mixture of efficiency and productivity, St Vincent’s Medical Imaging will continue to provide a first class service to patients, and be a place where the quality of working life is the benchmark for other service providers.
Aim of this Agreement. This Agreement reflects a joint commitment by the Company, its employees and the Union to provide workplace and employment conditions under which the services of Fresh Start Bakeries can be delivered in an efficient, flexible and profitable manner. It is therefore the intent of the parties to:
(a) utilise the terms of this Agreement in a constructive, managed and co-operative manner in order to ensure the development and implementation of a comprehensive workplace reform strategy that reflects industry best practice and supports the long term viability of the Company, and hence the employment security of the employees; and
(b) increase the domestic competitiveness of the Company by achieving significant and on-going improvement in efficiency, productivity, workplace flexibility and quality of products and services; and
(c) increase job scope, ensure job satisfaction and the quality of working life of the employees; and
(d) provide broader career paths for all employees based on skills and competencies and the contribution they make to the business performance; and
(e) ensure the development of participative management/employee decision making processes that resources and supports the contribution of employees on all work-related issues; and
(f) provide high standards of Occupational Health and Safety, equality of employment and exclusion of discrimination in any form; and
(g) adequately reward employees and ensure they share in improved productivity of the Company.
Aim of this Agreement. 8.1 Roblan Pty Limited’s core business is Metal Stamping , Plastic Moulding Manufacturers & Tooling suppliers
8.2 The aim of this Agreement is to maintain and or improve our Company’s performance as a safe, profitable and quality based Australian Manufacturing and Distribution Operation. This includes being highly customer focused, providing defect free products and services that are delivered on time and to the specification required as per our customer’s instructions. We strive to achieve the highest quality standards, with minimal waste and inefficiency, and make the most effective use of all of our skills, knowledge, technology and resources.
8.3 This aim is to be achieved wherever reasonably practicable via a consultative process with employees. The Company supports a range of initiatives aimed at ensuring safety, effective communication, implementing continuous improvements, employee involvement in problem solving and support for quality assurance and waste reduction initiatives.
