Air Tools. The Company will pay for the full cost of repairs provided the air tool is one of the following brands: - Snap On - MAC - Blue Point - Ingersoll Air tools other than these brands will be repaired at the Company's expense provided, in management's opinion, it is economical to repair. If it is not economical to repair, then the Company will pay the current value of the failed air tool only if the serviceman pays the additional cost to upgrade to a similar air tool of the brands noted above.
Air Tools. The Company and the Union agree that the Company will furnish required air impacts. Effective with date of this MOU, the Company will begin a program to provide the necessary air impacts. As soon as is practicable, required air impacts will be purchased by the Company for employee use. As there are distributed, employees will be instructed to remove their personal air impacts from the property. During this transition period, the Company agrees to repair or replace employee’s air impacts that become worn out or damaged through normal use.

Air Tools. The Company will pay for the full cost of repairs provided the air tool is one of the following brands: - Snap On - MAC - Blue Point - Ingersol Air tools other than these brands will be repaired at the Company's expense provided, in management's opinion, it is economical to repair. If it is not economical to repair, then the Company will pay the current value of the failed air tool only if the serviceman pays the additional cost to upgrade to a similar air tool of the brands noted above. Should the air tool not be repairable due to being obsolete or if repairs would cost more than 50% of the cost of a replacement air tool the company will contribute 50% of the cost of a replacement air tool providing the employee purchases one of the above brand of tools or a brand approved by the company. The employee is responsible to ensure the air tool is used in a manner it was designed for and maintained properly

  • Power Tools All time spent by Employees travelling to and from distant work will be paid as if worked during the time the travel is taken.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law. Use of the Software is subject to the license terms of any license agreement that may accompany or is provided with the Software. You may not download any Software until you have read and accepted the terms of the accompanying software license. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE SEPARATE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE.   • Embedded Software To the extent any goods contain Embedded Software (defined below) that is not Buyer’s Property, no title to such Embedded Software shall pass to Buyer, and Supplier shall grant Buyer, its customers and all other users a non-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, load, install, execute, demonstrate, market, test, resell, sublicense and distribute such Embedded Software as an integral part of such goods or for servicing the goods (the “Buyer-Required License”). If such Embedded Software or any part thereof is owned by a third party, prior to delivery, Supplier shall obtain the Buyer-Required License from such third-party owner. “Embedded Software” means software necessary for operation of goods and embedded in and delivered as an integral part of goods.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.
