AIRCRAFT ARRIVAL Sample Clauses

AIRCRAFT ARRIVAL. In each Order, Buyer shall specify an estimated arrival date of the Aircraft. Seller acknowledges that such date is only Buyer's best estimate and Buyer shall not be responsible for or be deemed to be in default under the Order if an arrival date is changed. In the event an arrival date of the Aircraft is different from the one set forth in the Order, the parties shall negotiate a revised arrival and Redelivery date. Notwithstanding the provision for an equitable adjustment in Clause 11.0, "Changes," any change in arrival date shall not entitle Seller to an equitable adjustment in the Order price or in the installation time set forth below.

AIRCRAFT ARRIVAL. Boeing shall specify in the ATTACHMENT B Aircraft Delivery Schedule an estimated arrival date of each Aircraft at Seller's facility. Seller acknowledges that such date is only Boeing's best estimate and Boeing shall not be responsible for or deemed to be in default under the Order if an arrival date is changed. In the event the arrival date of the Aircraft is different from the one set forth in the Order, the parties shall negotiate a revised delivery and Order completion date. Notwithstanding the provision for an equitable adjustment included in Section 8.0, any change in the arrival date shall not entitle Seller to an equitable adjustment in the Order price or in the total time required to complete the Services.   • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.
