Aircraft in distress. Each contracting State undertakes to provide such meas­ ures of assistance to aircraft in distress in its territory as it may find practicable, and to permit, subject to control by its own authorities, the owners of the aircraft or authorities of the State in which the aircraft is registered to provide such measures of assistance as may be necessitated by the circumstances. Each contracting State, when undertaking search for missing aircraft, will collaborate in coordinated measures which may be recommended from time to time pur­ suant to this Convention.

  • DELIVERY - RISK OF LOSS Deliveries must be made both in quantities and at times specified on the face of the Purchase Order or in Buyer's schedules and time is of the essence. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.
