Aircraft Integration Kit Development. The contractor shall develop and fabricate hardware for integration on to aircraft. This hardware may be composed of both Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and contractor designed and fabricated components. The integration kit shall be built in accordance with Government provided drawings or in accordance with drawings produced during contractor prototyping efforts. The contractor shall conduct a Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) of initial limited production kit at the contractor facility with government representatives present prior to shipment. All discrepancies between kit drawings and kit inventory shall be corrected prior to shipment. The contractor shall deliver a summary of issues found and corrected during the PCA to the cognizant IPT Lead in the form of weekly highlights, meeting minutes, debriefs, reports, and presentations.
