Common use of Aircraft Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Maintenance. Operator shall be solely responsible for maintenance, preventive maintenance and required or otherwise necessary inspections of the Aircraft, and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft. No period of maintenance, preventative maintenance, or inspection shall be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft, unless said maintenance or inspection can be safely conducted at a later time in compliance with all Applicable Law, and within the sound discretion of the Pilot in Command.

No period Performance of maintenance, preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft, Aircraft unless said such maintenance or inspection can safely be safely conducted at a later time in compliance with all Applicable Lawapplicable laws, regulations and requirements, and within such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the Pilot in Commandpilot-in-command.

No period Performance of maintenance, preventative maintenance, or preventive maintenance and inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft, Aircraft unless said such maintenance or inspection can safely be safely conducted at a later time with no adverse effect on Operator and in compliance with all Applicable Lawapplicable laws, regulations and requirements, and within such delay or postponement is approved by the sound discretion Director of the Pilot in CommandMaintenance (or his/her designee).
