Aircraft Technical Acceptance. Lessee hereby confirms to Lessor that, for purposes of the Agreement, Lessee technically accepts the Airbus Model A320-214 airframe bearing manufacturer's serial number [*******] and Bulgarian registration mark [*******], together with the two CFM International, Inc. Model CFM56-5B4/P aircraft engines bearing manufacturer's serial numbers [*******] and [*******], all Parts installed on, attached to or appurtenant to the Airframe and Engines, as set forth on Annexes 4 and 6, and the Aircraft Documents, as set forth on Annex 5, and Lessor and Lessee agree that the information set forth in Annexes 1 and 3 for such Airframe, Engines and Parts is correct. 2.

Aircraft Technical Acceptance. 8.1 The Seller acknowledges and agrees that the Buyer may elect to have representatives of its Operators (or representatives of a third party designated by the Buyer) participate in the Aircraft Technical Acceptance Process to be performed pursuant to Clause 8 of the Agreement. At the Buyer's request, the Seller shall accommodate the participation of a reasonable number of such representatives during such Technical Acceptance Process in accordance with the provisions of Clause 8 of the Agreement, subject to : (i) the Buyer having designated in writing such representatives to the Seller and (ii) such representatives having acknowledged in writing in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Seller, their agreement to be bound and to comply with the requirements of sub -Clauses 8.1, 8.2 and 19.1 of the Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Order Acceptance Xxxxxxx’x acceptance of the Order and consequent agreement to the Contract by either: (a) delivering the Goods, Services, or Digital Services; or

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Defective Product Seller must guarantee a return for all defective products. a) Goods rejected by Buyer for whatever reason shall be held, transported and/or stored at Seller’s sole expense. Seller shall promptly reimburse Buyer for any such expenses. B) Defective product purchase COD will be returned COD to Seller or COD check will be cancelled, at Buyer’s discretion. c) Seller is responsible for all costs associated RoHS noncompliance returns and will accept a full return for all parts not meeting RoHS compliance criteria if necessary. d) Seller is 100% responsible for all monetary and/or rework costs associated with product failures in addition to any further cost whatsoever associated with product failures. e) If suspect parts/counterfeit parts are furnished under this agreement such parts shall be impounded by Buyer. Buyer may provide a sample batch Supplier for verification and authentication. In addition, Buyer reserves the right to send such items to the appropriate manufacturer and appropriate authorities for investigation. f) Seller shall be liable for all costs relating to impound, investigation, removal, or replacement of suspect/counterfeit parts.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The strategic consulting services (the "Services"): Party A engages Party B to provide to Party A the strategic consulting services specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1") from the execution date of this Agreement.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.
