Airshow of the Cascades. Contractor will coordinate, cooperate, and assist City’s city administrator, public works director, and airport director with the annual Airshow of the Cascades (the “Airshow”), which assistance and cooperation will include, without limitation, attending Airshow related meetings and providing prompt communications concerning scheduling and Airshow operations. Contractor will modify or alter its use and operations on and from the Airport during the Airshow Days (as defined below) to accommodate Airshow activities and/or operations. Contractor will maintain adequate levels of communication with the Airshow organizer and City’s city administrator, public works director, and airport director to ensure maximum cooperation and coordination between Contractor, the organizer, and City concerning Contractor’s activities and operations from the Airport during the Airshow Days. Contractor will provide the Airshow operator free and unfettered access to the Airport’s north hangar for Airshow related purposes. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Airshow Days” means .

Airshow of the Cascades. Tenant’s use of the Premises and/or Airport may not interfere with the operation and/or activities of The Airshow of the Cascades (the “Airshow”) during the Airshow Days (as defined below). Airshow of the Cascades. Tenant’s use of the Premises and/or Airport may not interfere with the operation and/or activities of The Airshow of the Cascades (the “Airshow”) during the Airshow Days (as defined below). To this end, and without otherwise limiting any other provision contained in this Lease, Tenant will modify or alter its use and operations on and from the Premises and Airport during the Airshow Days (which modifications or alterations must be approved by Landlord) to accommodate Airshow activities and/or operations. The Airshow of the Cascades is generally held in August of each year. Tenant is responsible for knowing the dates of the airshow through monitoring local advertising, Airshow website, etc., and will coordinate with Airshow of the Cascades concerning any reasonable measures that may be taken to minimize the disruption the Airshow may have on Tenant’s operations. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease providing otherwise, Landlord will not be in default (and Tenant will not receive any Rent abatements and/or other concessions) due to Tenant’s Airshow related modifications or alterations in its use and operation on and from the Premises and/or Airport.

Related to Airshow of the Cascades

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Meetings Meetings of the Trustees shall be held from time to time upon the call of the Chairman, if any, or the President or any two Trustees. Regular meetings of the Trustees may be held without call or notice at a time and place fixed by the By-Laws or by resolution of the Trustees. Notice of any other meeting shall be given by the Secretary and shall be delivered to the Trustees orally not less than 24 hours, or in writing not less than 72 hours, before the meeting, but may be waived in writing by any Trustee either before or after such meeting. The attendance of a Trustee at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting except where a Trustee attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any business on the ground that the meeting has not been properly called or convened. Any time there is more than one Trustee, a quorum for all meetings of the Trustees shall be one-third, but not less than two, of the Trustees. Unless provided otherwise in this Declaration and except as required under the 1940 Act, any action of the Trustees may be taken at a meeting by vote of a majority of the Trustees present (a quorum being present) or without a meeting by written consent of a majority of the Trustees. Any committee of the Trustees, including an executive committee, if any, may act with or without a meeting. A quorum for all meetings of any such committee shall be one-third, but not less than two, of the members thereof. Unless provided otherwise in this Declaration, any action of any such committee may be taken at a meeting by vote of a majority of the members present (a quorum being present) or without a meeting by written consent of all of the members. With respect to actions of the Trustees and any committee of the Trustees, Trustees who are Interested Persons in any action to be taken may be counted for quorum purposes under this Section and shall be entitled to vote to the extent not prohibited by the 1940 Act. All or any one or more Trustees may participate in a meeting of the Trustees or any committee thereof by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other; participation in a meeting pursuant to any such communications system shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • GUARANTEED DISPLAY REFERRAL FEE WAIVERS XXXX.xxx offers a paid featured agent program referred to as “Guaranteed Display.” This paid product provides the following Referral Fee benefits to the Recipient Broker/Agent: • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee will be discounted from the standard 35% to 30%. • If a closing results from a lead originated during the time, and in the zip code, that the Recipient Broker/Agent was an active Guaranteed Display sponsor, and if XXXX.xxx was not responsible for brokering an appointment between the Referred Client and the Recipient Broker/ Agent, the referral fee will be waived entirely to 0%. To qualify for this Referral Fee waiver, Recipient Broker/Agent must update the Referral Status in the XXXX.xxx Agent Portal (xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx) to reflect the property has been listed prior to XXXX.xxx indicating that an appointment has been set.

  • Parent Access To the extent required by law the LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Education Records and/or Student Data correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of student-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of services. Provider shall respond in a reasonably timely manner (and no later than forty five (45) days from the date of the request or pursuant to the time frame required under state law for an LEA to respond to a parent or student, whichever is sooner) to the LEA’s request for Student Data in a student’s records held by the Provider to view or correct as necessary. In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.

  • Advertising Limitations Provider is prohibited from using, disclosing, or selling Student Data to (a) inform, influence, or enable Targeted Advertising; or (b) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any purpose other than providing the Service to LEA. This section does not prohibit Provider from using Student Data (i) for adaptive learning or customized student learning (including generating personalized learning recommendations); or (ii) to make product recommendations to teachers or LEA employees; or (iii) to notify account holders about new education product updates, features, or services or from otherwise using Student Data as permitted in this DPA and its accompanying exhibits

  • Leave Pregnancy leave will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, except where amended in this agreement. Effective on confirmation by the Employment Insurance Commission of the appropriateness of the Hospital'sSupplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) plan, and retroactive to date of confirmation by the Employment Insurance Commission, an employee who is on pregnancy leave as provided under this agreement and who is in receipt of Employment Insurance pregnancy benefits pursuant to Section of the Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid a supplemental unemployment benefit. That benefit will be equivalent to the difference between seventy-five per cent (75%) of her regular weekly earnings and the sum of her weekly Employment Insurance pregnancy benefits during her leave and any other earnings. Such payment shall commence following completion of the two week Employment Insurance waiting period, and receipt by the Hospital of the employee's Employment Insurance cheque stub as proof that she is in receipt of Employment Insurance pregnancy benefits, and shall continue while the employee is in receipt of such benefits, for a maximum period of weeks for a pregnancy leave. The employee's regularweekly be determined by multiplyingher regular hourly rate on her last day worked prior to the commencement of the leave times her normal weekly hours. This provision only applies to employees with at least months of continuous service at the hospital prior to the commencement of the pregnancy leave. The employee does not have any vested right except to receive payments for the covered unemployment period. The plan provides that payment in respect of guaranteed annual remuneration or in respect of deferred remuneration or severance pay benefits are not reduced or increased by payments received under the plan. Note: Effective April the SUB top-up level increases from Transfer of Pregnant employees may request to be transferred from their current duties if, in the professional opinion of the employee's physician the pregnancy may be at risk. If such a transfer is not feasible, the pregnant employee, if she so requests, will be granted an unpaid leave of absence before commencement of the current contractual maternity leave provisions. Parental Leave Parental leaves will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, except where amended in this agreement.
