Examples of Airport Director in a sentence
Five (5) years after the Commencement Date of the Lease, TENANT shall be required to make a reinvestment, in an amount to be determined by Airport Director but not exceeding 50% of the total cost of its Capital Improvements, for the purpose of keeping the rental car concession contemporary and competitive with current rental car industry trends (“Concession Midterm Refurbishment”).
TENANT shall complete the Concession Midterm Refurbishment, as approved by the Airport Director, within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of the five (5) year Commencement Date anniversary.
If the RAC Consortium fails to complete the work identified in item i below or is unable to form a RAC Consortium to timely complete the work by the date established by Airport Director, the COUNTY may then make the necessary improvements, including but not limited to the cost of labor, materials and equipment and charge the TENANT its prorata share of costs.
Within six months of Lease execution, TENANT must develop, implement and submit to the Airport Director for approval, a fleet-wide anti-idling policy.
Airport Director may exercise his absolute discretion and condition such consent upon the obligation of TENANT to replace the same with other improvements or equipment specified in such consent.
