  • Five (5) years after the Commencement Date of the Lease, TENANT shall be required to make a reinvestment, in an amount to be determined by Airport Director but not exceeding 50% of the total cost of its Capital Improvements, for the purpose of keeping the rental car concession contemporary and competitive with current rental car industry trends (“Concession Midterm Refurbishment”).
