Alcohol Beverage Licensing Sample Clauses

Alcohol Beverage Licensing. You represent and warrant that You hold and will maintain in good standing throughout the Term the Alcohol Licenses required for the sale of Alcohol Products directly to End Customers in Applicable Jurisdictions, including any Alcohol Licenses required to accept orders for Alcohol Products from End Customers directly or through a third party via the internet and/or through Our Sites, and/or to deliver Alcohol Products to End Customers, as applicable. You further represent and warrant that You currently comply with and will continue to comply with all Alcohol Laws, and that it is responsible for Alcohol Law compliance related to Your activities and any sales or deliveries of Alcohol Products under this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the End Customer orders will be fulfilled based on and under Your legal rights under Your Alcohol Licenses.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Sub-licensing The Licensee shall be entitled to grant sub-licences of its rights under this Agreement to any person, provided that:

  • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.

  • Import Licensing 1. Each Party shall ensure that all automatic and non- automatic import licensing measures are implemented in a transparent and predictable manner, and applied in accordance with the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement.

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Alcohol Use Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

  • DRUGS & ALCOHOL Any incidents concerning drugs and/or alcohol shall be dealt with in accordance with the policy of the Building Industry Group Drug and Alcohol Safety and Rehabilitation Program as detailed in Appendix D of this Agreement.

  • Alcohol The intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Liquor No alcohol is to be consumed or taken to any area of the College.

  • Sugar-Sweetened Beverage Prohibition Contractor agrees that it shall not sell, provide, or otherwise distribute Sugar-Sweetened Beverages, as defined by San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 101, as part of its performance of this Agreement.
