Alcoholic Beverages and Drugs. A person under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or any drug that has been defined as a “controlled substance” may not enter postal property or operate a motor vehicle on postal property. The possession, sale, or use of any “controlled substance” (except when permitted by law) or the sale or use of any alcoholic beverage (except as authorized by the Postmaster General or designee) on postal premises is prohibited. The term “controlled substance” is defined in section 802 of title 21 U.S.C.

Alcoholic Beverages and Drugs. The Contractor shall not, otherwise than in accordance with applicable Laws then in effect, import, sell, give, barter or otherwise dispose of any alcoholic liquor, or drugs, or permit to suffer any such importation, sale, gift, barter, or disposal by its agents , employees, Subcontractors or Vendors.

  • Compliance with International Trade & Anti-Corruption Laws (a) Neither the Group Companies nor, to the Company’s knowledge, any of their Representatives, or any other Persons acting for or on behalf of any of the foregoing, is or has been, since the incorporation of the Company, (i) a Person named on any Sanctions and Export Control Laws-related list of designated Persons maintained by a Governmental Entity; (ii) located, organized or resident in a country or territory which is itself the subject of or target of any Sanctions and Export Control Laws; (iii) an entity owned, directly or indirectly, by one or more Persons described in clause (i) or (ii); or (iv) otherwise engaging in dealings with or for the benefit of any Person described in clauses (i) - (iii) or any country or territory which is or has, since the incorporation of the Company, been the subject of or target of any Sanctions and Export Control Laws (at the time of this Agreement, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Sudan and Syria).

  • Labeling Upon request, Lessee will xxxx the Equipment indicating Lessor's interest with labels provided by Lessor. Lessee will keep all Equipment free from any other marking or labeling which might be interpreted as a claim of ownership.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
