These works are not included in the Council’s relevant current capital Works program. However, the Council’s Management Plan identifies these types of works in the relevant capital Works program. Accordingly, the provision of these Works under the agreement is consistent and conforms with the capital Works envisioned by the Council’s Management Plan.
