Construction Certificate definition

Construction Certificate means any construction certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;

More Definitions of Construction Certificate

Construction Certificate means a certificate issued under section 109C(1)(b) of the EP&A Act and includes any amending Construction Certificate. Construction Contract means the contract to carry out the Contribution Works (whether or not that is a contract for the Contribution Works only or forms part of a contract for the building and other components of the Development).
Construction Certificate means a certificate granted by the Development Consent Authority or accredited certifiers to carry out construction in respect of the Development Consent. Contamination means the presence in, on or under land (including soil and ground water) of a substance above the concentration at which that substance is normally present in, on or under land in the same locality that presents a risk of harm to human health or any other aspect of the environment.
Construction Certificate means a certificate issued under s109C(1)(b) of the EPA Act. Contribution Value for each Item of Work or parcel of Designated Land, is the value ascribed to that item in Column 4 of Schedules 2 and 3, respectively. Contributions Plan means the Bankstown City Council’s Section 94A Contributions Plan (as amended from time to time) and adopted by Council.
Construction Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Annex 1(12) to Part 3 of Schedule 4 [Design and Certification Procedure];
