Subdivision Certificate definition

Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate as defined in the Act.

  • These works are required to be completed prior to the issue of a Subdivision Certificate.

Subdivision Certificate means any subdivision certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;

Tax means a tax, duty (including stamp duty and any other transaction duty), levy, impost, charge, fee (including a registration fee) together with all interest, penalties, fines and costs concerning them.
