Subdivision Certificate definition

Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; Subdivision Works Certificate means a subdivision works certificate defined under section 6.4 of the Act; Ultimate Roadworks means the ‘Ultimate Roadworks’ outlined in Schedule 2; Works means the works set out in Schedule 2. Works Commencement Date means the date on which the Works are physically commenced and must take place in accordance with Clause 6.1(c) of this agreement.

Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate as defined in the Act.

Subdivision Certificate means any subdivision certificate as referred to in s 6.4 of the Act in respect of the Development Consent;

Examples of Subdivision Certificate in a sentence

• Before the issuing of the first Subdivision Certificate for Stage 3 of the Development.

• Before the issuing of the first Subdivision Certificate for Stage 6 of the Development.

• The proponent will, at their cost, submit all documents necessary to remove the affectation from title as part of the Subdivision Certificate process.

• When the Developer has satisfied all of the obligations imposed on it under this agreement in respect of that part of the Development Land for which a Subdivision Certificate has been issued and for which the Developer's Contribution has been delivered then the Council must promptly at the request and at the reasonable expense of the Developer do all acts and things necessary to remove this agreement from the title of that part of the Development Land.

More Definitions of Subdivision Certificate

Subdivision Certificate means a certificate issued under section 109C(d) of the Act with respect to the Proposed Development.

Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning given to that term under the Act.

Subdivision Certificate means a subdivision certificate as defined in section 6.4(d) of the Act. Subdivision Works Certificate means a subdivision works certificate as defined in section 6.4(b) of the Act.

Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning given to that expression in the Act. Super Lot means a Lot which, following the registration of a plan of subdivision, is intended for further subdivision (including strata and community title subdivision) for Residential Accommodation, but does not include a Service Lot. Works in Kind each of the works to be carried out as specified in Column 2 of Schedule 2.
