SUPERSEDING AGREEMENT All previous agreements or arrangements, if any, made between Maybank and the Cardmember, written or verbal, are hereby cancelled and superseded by this Agreement.
Appendixes The following attachment and other attachments and individual agreements confirmed by both parties constitute an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement. Attachment: Application Form for Withdrawals.
Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.
Appendices The appendices to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO 3 The parties to the Collective Agreement recognize that production gang work has different requirements than other work performed under the Collective Agreement. Accordingly, the parties agree as follows:
Supersedence The inclusion of language in this Agreement concerning matters formerly governed by law, regulation, or policy directive shall not be deemed a preemption of the entire subject matter. Accordingly, statutes, rules, regulations, and administrative directives or orders shall not be construed to be superseded by any provision of this Agreement except as provided in the Supersedence Appendix to this Agreement or where, by necessary implication, no other construction is tenable.
