Temporary Employee Benefits. Temporary employees shall receive all the rights and privileges of this agreement except as noted below:
Temporary Employee Benefits. Temporary employees are not eligible for insured 23 benefits (e.g., medical, dental, vision, life) or leave benefits, except as provided by law. However, a 24 temporary employee may be eligible to receive other compensation provided under King County 25 Code, as amended, in the event the employee exceeds the rolling year working hours threshold.
Temporary Employee Benefits. 19.01 Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained all employees in the "Temporary Service" who have completed six (6) months of continuous service or six (6) months of aggregate service with the City shall be entitled to all benefits accorded herein to employees in the "Permanent Service" .
Temporary Employee Benefits. 26.01 All Temporary employees shall be entitled to all benefits accorded to Permanent employees upon the completion of six (6) months actually worked with TCHC.
Temporary Employee Benefits. 27.1 Temporary employees and other employees who are not considered as continuous staff, and who are hired by Xxxxx Xxxxxx University, shall be paid the going hourly rate for their classification as shown in Appendix A. In addition, such employees shall receive twenty (20) percent of their hourly rate in lieu of all fringe benefits except as outlined in Article 27.2.
Temporary Employee Benefits. (Applicable to Temp only) The temporary employee shall receive ten percent (10%) of regular weekly salary in lieu of all benefits, except as otherwise specified.

However a temporary employee who has completed more than 90 days of service and is subsequently hired part-time or full time shall, after completing a probationary period of 30 days, have immediate prior temporary service recognized.
