ALTA Survey. Lender shall have received a current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Survey”) completed in accordance with Senior Lender’s requirements, satisfactory to Lender and to the Title Insurer and certified to Senior Lender, Lender (and its successors and assigns) and the Title Insurer.

ALTA Survey. Buyer shall have obtained the Survey in a form reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
ALTA Survey. A current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Survey”) prepared by a surveyor or engineer licensed by the appropriate governmental authorities of the jurisdiction in which the Property is located and otherwise acceptable to Lender. The Survey shall be satisfactory to Lender and to the Title Insurer and shall be certified to Lender and the Title Insurer as (a) having been prepared in accordance with the “Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys,” jointly established and adopted by ALTA and NSPS in 2005, (b) containing Table A Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7(a), 7(b)(1)-(2), 7(c), 8, 9, 10, 11(a), 13, 14, 15 and 16 and (c) meeting the strictest accuracy requirements of an ALTA Survey.
ALTA Survey. Lender shall receive, in form satisfactory to Lender, an ALTA as-built survey of the Facility.
ALTA Survey. Any existing surveys in Seller’s possession or reasonable control. At any time during the Inspection Period (as hereinafter defined in Section 3.1), Purchaser may, at Purchaser’s expense, obtain a current survey of the Real Property, prepared by a surveyor licensed by the State of Colorado and certified to Seller, Purchaser and the Title Company (the “Survey”).
ALTA Survey. The Borrower shall deliver to Lender an “as-built” survey of the Real Property which: (a) sets forth the location and exterior lines and egress and other improvements completed on the Real Property and demonstrates compliance with all applicable setback requirements; (b) demonstrates that the Project is entirely within the exterior boundaries of the Real Property and any building restriction lines and does not encroach upon any easements or rights-of-way; and (c) contains such other information as Lender may reasonably request;
ALTA Survey. Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining a current ALTA survey of the Property (the “Existing Survey”).

ALTA Survey. Borrower shall have furnished to Lender a perimeter survey of the Land meeting the minimum detailed requirements of the American Land Title Association and American Congress on Surveying and Mapping and prepared by a licensed Hawaii surveyor disclosing: (i) The location of the perimeter of the Land; (ii) All easements and rights of way; (iii) The location of the proposed Improvements; (iv) The lines of the street abutting the Land and the width thereof; and (v) Encroachments, if any. The survey must be prepared as of a date sufficiently recent such that no survey exceptions (other than those acceptable to Lender) shall be listed in the Title Policy, must be satisfactory to Lender in all respects, and must be certified to Lender by a registered surveyor.
ALTA Survey. A current ALTA survey for each Property prepared and certified by a surveyor or engineer licensed by the appropriate Governmental Authority of the jurisdiction in which such Property is located, which survey shall include dimensions, delineations and locations of all easements and existing improvements on such Property and access thereto from public thoroughfares, and which shall otherwise be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, and, if required by it, satisfactory to the Title Insurer.
ALTA Survey. Purchaser shall obtain at its sole cost and expense, within 30 days of recording by City of the subdivision plat contemplated in Paragraph 4.a. of this Agreement, a current monumented or pinned improvement survey of the Property, prepared by a surveyor licensed in Colorado and certified to Purchaser, Purchaser’s counsel, Seller, Seller's counsel, the Title Company, and such other parties as Purchaser or Seller may reasonably request, in compliance with applicable law and the most recent Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, including items 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13 of Table A thereto, and depicting the nearest driveway accessing the Property and any adjacent right-of-ways (the “Survey”). The Survey shall be prepared in form satisfactory to the Title Company for the issuance to Purchaser of the Title Policy. The Survey shall locate all improvements on the Property, show all immediately adjacent tracts and streets, show access to public roads or ways, show all encroachments on or from the Property, if any, and show, locate and describe all visible or recorded easements, building lines and utilities. All recorded easements shall be identified by the applicable recording information and all contiguous roadways shall show appropriate dedication information. The Survey shall contain the express certification that, except as specifically noted, there are no encroachments of lot or building lines and no obstructed easements, and that the Property is not located in any areas designated by any governmental authority or agency as being flood-prone or flood-risk areas pursuant to the Flood Disaster Act of 1973, as amended.
