Alteration of Services. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, MSSI may, from time to time, change the Services provided without the consent of the Company provided that such changes do not materially affect the nature or scope of the Services.
Alteration of Services. SH Data Technologies, in its discretion, may alter its provision of any Service upon notice to Customer, provided that such alteration does not result in a material adverse change in the Service, as determined in accordance with industry standards, provided, however, that SH Data Technologies’ ability to alter provision of any Service shall not in any way alter or affect SHDT’s obligations pursuant to the SLAs.
Alteration of Services. Aluvii shall have no obligation to perform services in connection with any change to the scope of the Services unless and until the parties have agreed upon the effect of such change and the applicable fees in writing.
Alteration of Services. Perforce can at any time alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, release dates, general availability, or other characteristics of the Licensed Software. This will not affect the Commercial Licensee in Licensee’s usage of the version of the Licensed Software the Licensee is using at the moment of these alterations, during the validity of the License Certificate Licensee is currently holding.
Alteration of Services. The Owner shall not add to, alter or extend the Services without prior written notice to the Township, and without prior written approval from the City and all other required governmental authorities.
Alteration of Services. In the event that the City desires at any time to alter or change the nature or character of the services to be provided by the franchisee and such alteration or change materially increases the costs and expenses to be incurred by the franchisee or materially reduces the advertising revenues that can be generated by the franchisee, such alterations or changes shall not be effective until the City and the franchisee have mutually agreed to and executed an amendment to this Franchise Ordinance, which amendment may include an adjustment to the City’s fee under Section 15 hereof.
Alteration of Services. 1. In order for Jet Travel to appropriately provide the travel services, Jet Travel reserves the right to change or replace transportation, travel, hospitality, hotel (accommodation) or other travel services included in the Travel Services Agreement with services of equivalent or higher quality or to change or replace the programmes with programmes of equivalent or higher quality.
