Alterações de Projeto ou Especificação. É facultado à KEYSIGHT, sem qualquer custo ou responsabilidade, alterar, os projetos ou as especificações da KEYSIGHT a qualquer momento antes do envio de Produtos correspondentes ou do recebimento dos Serviços correspondentes, mediante notificação. Se tais alterações afetarem diretamente os preços ou os cronogramas de entrega dos Produtos ou Serviços, poderá ser feito um ajuste, mediante negociação entre as partes, desde que a Vendedora faça um requerimento por escrito dentro de 30 (trinta) xxxx a contar da notificação da KEYSIGHT e antes do envio dos Produtos ou da prestação dos Serviços. O ajuste xxxxxx ser documentado através de instrumento escrito assinado pelos representantes autorizados de ambas as partes. Caso, após esforços razoáveis e de boa-fé, as partes sejam incapazes de chegar a um acordo quanto xx xxxxxxxx do ajuste, a KEYSIGHT poderá rescindir, sem nenhum custo ou responsabilidade, esta Ordem em relação aos Produtos e Serviços afetados.
