Alternate Formats. Provision of Enrollee information in a format that takes into consideration the special needs of those who, for example, are visually impaired or have limited reading proficiency. Examples of Alternate Formats shall include, but not be limited to, Braille, large font, audio tape, video tape, and information read aloud to an Enrollee.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. If you are required to take a required minimum distribution for the year, you must remove your required minimum distribution before converting your Traditional IRA.
