Alternative Propulsion Vehicles. Should the City decide to purchase electric, hybrid/electric or any other alternative fuel or propulsion buses, these buses will be maintained by ATU 279 bargaining unit staff. The City will ensure that all necessary training and specialized tools and equipment will be provided. The maintenance of any electric, hybrid/electric or any other alternative fuel or propulsion buses introduced into revenue service will be subject to the same provisions of the collective agreement that apply to the existing fleet.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.

Example 1: Lincoln (CILCO) unit breaks down in the northern part of its territory. It would make sense for the Bloomington (rp) mechanic to respond to the service call. Lincoln staffs a 2nd shift mechanic only and the vehicle in need of repair is closer to the Bloomington garage. This example covers areas that both have Ameren in-house mechanics. Example 2: Any CIPS 702 units could be repaired by Ameren staffed mechanics in 702 territories. This would generally happen in areas that are in close proximity to an IP or CILCO garage. This example covers 702 CIPS areas that do not have Ameren in-house mechanics. These jobs currently are outsourced. Perform Preventive Maintenance on CIPS 702 equipment at individual operating centers where advantageous. This work is currently outsourced. It is not the company’s intent to perform all PM’s with in-house mechanics.

  • Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.

  • Equipment Procurement If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing: 5.5.1 NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner have completed the Interconnection Facilities Study pursuant to the Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement; 5.5.2 The NYISO has completed the required cost allocation analyses, and Developer has accepted his share of the costs for necessary System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S of the NYISO OATT; 5.5.3 The Connecting Transmission Owner has received written authorization to proceed with design and procurement from the Developer by the date specified in Appendix B hereto; and 5.5.4 The Developer has provided security to the Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Article 11.5 by the dates specified in Appendix B hereto.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
