Common use of AlthoughAT& Clause in Contracts

AlthoughAT&. T’s authorized employee or agent shall not direct or control the conduct of CLEC’s work at the work site,AT&T’s employee or agent shall have the authority to suspend CLEC’s work operations withinAT&T’s Conduit System if, in the reasonable discretion of sucAhT&T employee or agent, it appears that any hazardous conditions arise or any unsafe practices are being followed by CLEC or personnel performing work on CLEC’s behalf.
