Aluminium Fittings. These shall be anodised to natural matt finish or dyed anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 of IS 1868. The fittings generally used for different type of doors and windows are indicated in CPWD specifications. The fittings to be actually provided in a particular work shall, however, be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. Screws used for fittings shall be of the same lnetal, and finish as the fittings. However, chromium plated brass screws or stainless steel screws shall be used for fixing aluminium fittings. These shall be of the size as indicated in in CPWD specifications or directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Fittings shall be fixed in proper position as shown in the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-inCharge. These shall be truly vertical or horizontal as the case may be. Screws shall be driven home with screw driver and not hammered in. Recesses shall be cut to the exact size and depth for the counter sunking of hinges.

Pursuant to 2 CFR 180 and 2 CFR 417, Purchaser shall certify and obtain certifications from its Subcontractors regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion, including additional Subcontractors obtained after award of this contract. “Subcontractors” are participants in lower tier covered transactions. Contracting Officer shall provide a copy of Forms AD-1047 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters – Primary Covered Transactions and AD-1048 Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion – Lower Tier Covered Transactions to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall complete form AD-1047 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request. Purchaser shall require each subcontractor to complete form AD-1048 and provide to the Contracting Officer upon request.

  • Fixtures and Fittings 8.13.1 Not to remove any of the Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises to store the same in the loft, basement or garage (if any) without obtaining the Landlord’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, and then to ensure that any such items are stored safely and upon vacating the Premises, to leave the same in the places in which they were on the Commencement Date. 8.13.2 Not to remove the Fixtures and Fittings as specified in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition or any part of them or any substitute Fixtures and Fittings from the Premises and not to bring onto the Premises the Tenant’s own equipment or effects without the prior written consent of the Landlord, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Plumbing fixtures and appliances shall be used only for the purposes for which designed, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags or other unsuitable material shall be thrown or deposited therein. Damage resulting to any such fixtures or appliances from misuse by a tenant or its agents, employees or invitees, shall be paid by such tenant.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.
