Ambulance Subscription Allowance. The Company shall pay each employee an allowance equivalent to (the reimbursement) the annual cost of the employees’ community ambulance cover levy. Reimbursement will be one per employee and will only apply to an employee’s principal residence, which must be a Queensland address.
