AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. At any time prior to the 'Due Date & Time of Bid Submission', Purchaser may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder(s), modify the Tender Document by addenda/ corrigendum.
AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. 1. At any time prior to the deadline (or as extended by MSEGS) for submission of bids, MSEGS, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to clarifications requested by prospective bidder may modify the Tender document by issuing amendment(s)
2. All bidders will be notified of the amendment(s) by publishing on the websites, and these will be binding on them.
3. In order to allow bidders a reasonable time to take the amendment(s) into account in preparing their bids, MSEGS, at its discretion, may extend the deadline for the submission of bids.
AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. 9.1 Before the deadline for submission of tender, the University may modify the tender document by issuing addendum/corrigendum.
9.2 Any addendum/corrigendum thus issued shall be a part of the tender document and shall be uploaded on the University website (xxx.xx.xx.xx) and CPP portal xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/eprocure/app. Prospective bidders must visit the website before filling and submission of Tender Document for such information.
AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. BHEL may at its sole discretion amend the Bidding Documents at any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids. However in case of such amendment, the bid submission date may be extended at the discretion of BHEL. Amendments made prior to submission of bid will be provided in the form of Addenda /Corrigendum to the Bidding Documents and will be posted on the BHEL website (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xx.xx or xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx) in Tender Notification section under the original tender enquiry number.
AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. 3.1 At any time prior to the date for submission of Tenders, CSIR-IICB may for any reason, modify the Tender documents by amendment.
3.2 The amendment(s) will be uploaded on CSIR-IICB website xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxx.xxxx.
3.3 The Director, CSIR-IICB may, at his discretion, extend the deadline for the submission of tenders suitably.
3.4 CSIR-IICB, before opening of financial bids, at its discretion may increase or decrease the scope of services required under the tender. In such a case, CSIR-IICB shall seek fresh financial bids keeping in view the changed scope of services required.
AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. Cochin Port Authority, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to query from prospective bidders, may modify the Tender document by an amendment, at any time, 5 days prior to the due date of submission of the tender.
2.17.1. Any amendments issued will be hosted in the websites where original NIT/Tender document was published at least 5 days prior to the due date of submission of the tender. Bidders shall verify if any such amendment/ modifications have been issued in the websites before submitting their tender and shall take cognizance of amendments and include such amendments in their submission. Communication about such amendments will not be sent to individual bidders. In any case amendments/ modifications if any, shall be binding on the bidder.
2.17.2. Cochin Port Authority may at their discretion extend deadline for the submission of tenders to enable prospective bidders to take the amendment into account while preparing the tender.
AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. Before the deadlines for the submission of Tender Document, Railway may modify the Tender Document by issuing Addendum/Corrigendum. Tenderers are advised to down load Tender Documents well in advance to submit the Tender before the stipulated time. However it is the responsibility of the Tenderer to check any correction or any modifications (Addendum/Corrigendum) published subsequently in newspapers as well as on web site and same shall be taken in to account while submitting the Tender. Tenderer shall down load corrigendum (if any) print it out, sign and attach it with main Tender Document. Railway will not be responsible for any network error or internet connection as there would be sufficient time to submit the tender through e-Tendring.

At any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the SOL may for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by the prospective bidder, modify the bidding documents by amendment. The amendment will be uploaded on CPP Portal xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/eprocure/app for the benefit of all the prospective bidders.
AMENDMENT OF TENDER DOCUMENT. 7.1 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Tenders, the Bank may amend this document by issuing amendments / corrigendum on RBI website (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx) / e- portal.

9.2 Any addendum/ corrigendum thus issued shall be integral part of the Tender Document and shall be hosted on the websites as provided at clause no. 2.0 (G) of IFB /communicated to prospective bidders by e-mail/ fax. Bidders have to take into account all such addendum/ corrigendum before submitting their Bid.
9.3 The Purchaser, if consider necessary, may extend the date of submissions of Bid in order to allow the Bidders a reasonable time to furnish their most competitive bid taking into account the addenda/ corrigendum issued thereof.
