SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such number of school buses and personnel as are required to fulfill District's needs for pupil transportation services as described in the document named Bus Transportation Specifications and Conditions, see Exhibit B, which is incorporated by reference in this Agreement
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. 2.1 The Contractor shall provide and maintain the required number of vehicles to transport conveniently and safety, any and all special education students designated by the District to be served. Such transportation shall be provided for each and every day that school is convened transportation is required and in accordance with routes and schedules developed jointly by the Contractor and the District. The District reserves the right to revise or change any and all routes and the number of vehicles required thereunto, after due notification to the Contractor, to best suit its needs at any time before or during the school year.
2.2 District and Contractor will consult on a regular basis concerning the Transportation requirements of District. In the event of increases or decreases in the number of students requiring Transportation, or in routes or schedules, the number of vehicles and the number of spare vehicles will be adjusted accordingly. District may increase or decrease services to be provided by Contractor under this Agreement. However, where such increases or decreases materially impact the service levels or equipment levels required of Contractor under the assumed routes, schedules, and vehicle requirements contained in this Agreement, Contractor and District shall mutually agree to an adjustment of rates at which services are provided to cover increase or decreases in cost structure associated with such changes by District.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. The following is the scope of services that the firm chosen as the QEP will be required to perform. Some of these services will be performed exclusively by the QEP, while others will be performed in conjunction with other individuals and/or entities: Specific subtasks to be performed by the QEP (whether exclusively or in conjunction with other individuals and/or entities) under Task 1 include:
2.1.1: assisting the Brownfields Selection Committee and/or a working group (comprised of members of the Brownfields Selection Committee, and potentially USEPA and MEDEP representatives) regarding the procurement of other, non-QEP professional services, including, but not limited to: Historians/Certified Archaeologists; professionals to carry out site reuse/redevelopment planning activities; and Geographic Information Systems/mapping specialists;
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such number and type of school buses and personnel as are required to fulfill DISTRICT's needs for "Home-to School Transportation" and "Supplemental Transportation" as defined below and as provided in the documentation supplied and agreed upon as part the submission of Bid # 05-16.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. 2.1 Contractor shall, during the Term, provide transportation service as described in the District’s RFP and Contractor’s Proposal. In the event of a conflict between these documents and the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement will control. Otherwise, the terms of the RFP and Contractor’s Proposal are incorporated as if fully set forth herein and shall govern the Parties’ relationship, in the following order of precedence: (1) the RFP and (2) Contractor’s Proposal.
2.2 District and Contractor will consult on a regular basis concerning the transportation requirements of District. In the event of increases or decreases in the number of students requiring transportation, or in routes or schedules, the number of vehicles and the number of spare buses will be adjusted accordingly. With notice to Contractor, District may increase or decrease service levels to be provided by Contractor under this Agreement. However, where such increases or decreases impact by greater than 5% the service levels or equipment levels required of Contractor under the assumed routes, schedules, days of service, hours or miles, or vehicle requirements contained in Exhibit A, Contractor shall be permitted to negotiate adjusted rates proportionately to cover increases or decreases in cost structure associated with such changes by District. Any rate changes shall be subject to approval by the District.
2.3 Contractor shall have thirty (30) days following notice of such changes to make operational adjustments to meet District requirements.
2.4 District will use Contractor as District’s sole and exclusive provider for all of District’s home-to- school and Charter Transportation at rates set forth in Exhibit A. “Charter Transportation” shall mean the outsourced transportation of any and all persons to be transported for field trips, excursions, extracurricular, athletic, creative or academic activities, or any similar purpose.

SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. 2.1 Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, agree to provide alternative transportation services as requested by the District by coordinating with local, qualified subcontractors. Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement are subject to subcontractor availability. In the event of a conflict between the documents concerning the relationship between local qualified subcontractors and the Contractor and the provisions of this Agreement, the Agreement will control.
2.2 District and Contractor will consult on a regular basis concerning the Transportation requirements of District. In the event of increases or decreases in the number of students requiring Transportation, or in routes or schedules, the number of vehicles will be adjusted accordingly. District may increase or decrease services to be provided by Contractor upon agreement of the parties. However, where such increases or decreases impact the service levels, personnel levels, or equipment levels required of Contractor under the assumed routes, schedules, and vehicle requirements, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to adjust the rates at which services are provided to cover increase or decreases in cost structure associated with such changes by District. In the event that the parties are unable to reach agreement regarding an adjustment, either party may terminate this contract upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice to the non-terminating party.
2.3 District represents, warrants and covenants that from and after the effective date of this Agreement, District will use Contractor for some or all of District’s home-to-school, special education, or other transportation at rates [agreeable by the parties OR as set forth in Exhibit A]. The cost of transportation shall include any and all costs of tolls, if applicable.
2.4 District must inform Contractor within forty-eight (48) hours of an incident its intent to assess liquidated damages and must bill Contractor for such liquidated damage within thirty (30) days of the incident. Failure to either timely notify or bill Contractor shall relieve Contractor of its obligation to pay liquidated damages for the particular incident.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. 2.1 Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such school buses (in quantity and capacity) and personnel as are required to fulfill Network’s needs for transportation services as described in the Bid Specifications in the Request for Quote (RFQ) (attached hereto as Exhibit “D”) and Contractor’s Proposal. In the event of a conflict between these documents and the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement will control. Otherwise, the terms of the Bid Specifications and Contractor’s Proposal shall govern the parties’ relationship, in the following order of precedence: Bid Specifications then Contractor’s Proposal.
2.2 Network may increase or decrease services to be provided by Contractor under this Agreement. However, where such increases or decreases materially impact the service levels or equipment levels required of Contractor under the assumed routes, schedules, and vehicle requirements contained in this Agreement, Contractor and Network shall negotiate a cost structure necessary to maintain the service level required by Network.
2.3 Network represents, warrants, and covenants that for the duration of the term of this Agreement, Network will use Contractor as Network’s sole and exclusive provider for all of Network’s Home-to-School Transportation within the Baton Rouge area at rates set forth in Exhibit C. “Home-to-School Transportation” refers to transportation of students between both to and from school in accordance with the AM and PM Route Services described in Exhibit C.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. 2.1 Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such school buses (in quantity and capacity) and personnel as are required to fulfill the District's needs for transportation services as described in Exhibit B of the Agreement.
2.2 District and Contractor will consult on a regular basis concerning the transportation requirements of the District. In the event of increases or decreases in the number of students requiring transportation, or in routes or schedules, the number and type of buses and the number of spare buses will be adjusted accordingly. If buses need to be reduced from the fleet, it is understood that any bus eliminated will be a used model, determined by mutual agreement between the Contractor and District. District may increase or decrease services to be provided by Contractor under this Agreement (“Schedule Readjustments”). However, where Schedule Readjustments impact by 5% or more the service levels or equipment levels required of Contractor under the assumed routes, schedules, days of service, hours or miles, or vehicle requirements contained in this Agreement, Contractor shall be permitted to adjust rates commensurately to cover increases or decreases in cost structure associated with such changes by District with District’s written consent. If parties are unable to reach agreement on adjusted rates or District fails to pay such rates, Contractor may terminate the Agreement upon ninety (90) days written notice to District.
2.3 District represents, warrants and covenants that from and after the effective date of this Agreement, District will use Contractor as District’s sole and exclusive provider for all of District’s home-to-school and in-state Charter Transportation at rates as set forth in Exhibit A. “Charter Transportation” shall mean the outsourced transportation of any and all persons to be transported for field trips, excursions, extracurricular, athletic, creative or academic activities, or any similar purpose within the state of Kansas. Except in cases of emergency, all buses used by Contractor will display “Andover Public Schools” on the sides.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUIRED. 2.1 Contractor shall, during the term of this Agreement, supply and maintain such school buses (in quantity and capacity) and personnel as are required to fulfill the needs for transportation services for Newberg School District if driver staffing and equipment resources permit.
2.2 Newberg School District and Contractor will consult on a regular basis concerning the Transportation requirements of Newberg School District. In the event of increases or decreases in the number of students requiring Transportation, or in routes or schedules, the number of buses and the number of spare buses will be adjusted accordingly. Xxxxxxx School District may increase or decrease services to be provided by Contractor under this agreement by 30 days written notice however, where such increases or decreases impact the service levels, personnel levels, or equipment levels required of Contractor under the assumed routes, schedules, and vehicle requirements, Contractor shall be permitted to adjust rates at which services are provided pursuant to the Exhibit attached hereto to cover increase or decreases in cost structure associated with such changes by Newberg School District.
2.3 Newberg School District will utilize the Contractor on an as-needed basis for a minimum of 30 days when home-to-school transportation service is requested.
2.4 Newberg School District and Contractor may mutually agree to adjust Scope of Services required to meet the needs of the Newberg School District as required.
