Amendment to the Financing Agreement. Section 6.03(a) of the Financing Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

Amendment to the Financing Agreement. Public Disclosure Authorized Public Disclosure Authorized We refer to the Financing Agreement (“Financing Agreement”) between the Kingdom of Tonga (“Recipient”) and the International Development Association (“Association”) for the Tonga Climate Resilient Transport Project under the Pacific Climate Resilient Transport Program (“Project”), dated December 20, 2018, as amended. We also refer to the Recipient’s letter dated December 13, 2023, requesting some revisions be made to the Financing Agreement. We are pleased to inform you that the Association concurs with your request and proposes to amend the Financing Agreement as follows:

Amendment to the Financing Agreement. (a) Section 1.01 of the Financing Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following new definitions in their appropriate alphabetical order, as follows:

Xxxxxx: We refer to the Financing Agreement dated April 3, 2020, between the World Health Organization (for the benefit of the Republic of Yemen) (the Borrower) and the International Development Association (the Association). We also refer to your letter dated March 31, 2021, requesting additional financing for the above Project which necessitated restructuring of the Project that has been discussed by our teams. We are pleased to inform you that, after due consideration, the Association concurs with the request, and consequently the Financing Agreement is hereby amended as set forth below:

F.No.10/09/2014-FB-V dated October 11, 2022, providing your no objection to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship‘s proposal in its letter No. DGT- 35(4)/NSC meeting/2021-NPIU dated September 28, 2022, proposing a Closing Date Extension and cancellation of twenty million (USD 20,000,000) from the above-captioned Credit. As a result of the cancellation there are certain amendments to the Financing Agreement. Accordingly, the Association, after due consideration proposes to amend the above-mentioned agreement as follows:

Amendment to the Financing Agreement. The references in Sections 2.03, 6.02 and 7.02 of the Financing Agreement to “fifteen (15) Business Days” are hereby amended to be “twenty (20) Business Days”.

ERD/WB/COVID19/EMERGENCY dated May 06, 2020 on behalf of the External Resources Department, Ministry of Finance, Economy and Policy Development, Government of Sri Lanka (“Letter”), proposing a partial cancellation of USD 35,000,000 from the above-captioned Credit. Accordingly, we are pleased to inform you that after due consideration, the Association concurs with the request, and hereby amends the Agreement as set forth below (“Amendment Letter”): Part 1 and 2 of the Project in Schedule 1 of the Agreement are amended and restated as follows:
