Amendments and Extensions a) This Agreement may only be modified in writing. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, modifications must be signed by the parties and approved by the SDOH, DHHS, and any other entities as required by law or regulation, prior to the end of the quarter in which the amendment is to be effective.
b) This Agreement shall not be automatically renewed at its expiration. This Agreement may be extended by written amendment, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Section.
c) An extension to this Agreement may be granted for reasons including, but not limited, to the following:
i) Negotiations for a successor Agreement will not be completed by the expiration date of the current contract; or
ii) The Contractor has submitted a termination notice and transition of Enrollees will not be completed by the expiration date of the current contract.
Amendments and Extensions. This Agreement may not be amended, extended or terminated orally, and no attempt to change, terminate or waive any of the provisions hereof will be binding unless in writing and signed by the Party against whom the amendment, change, termination or waiver is sought to be enforced.
Amendments and Extensions. This Development Agreement may be extended or amended by mutual consent of the parties so long as the extensions and amendments meet the requirements of Section 163.3239, Florida Statutes.

No amendment, modification or change to this Agreement will be enforceable unless reduced to writing and executed by duly authorized representatives of both Parties or, in the case of a waiver or consent, by the Party waiving compliance or giving consent. The Parties expressly agree that any dates, deadlines and time periods recited herein are subject to extension by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Amendments and Extensions. 2.1. Researchers must inform Population Data BC of the following changes to their projects, which may require review and approval by the relevant Data Xxxxxxx(s). Such changes include, but are not limited to:
a) Changes to the research question(s)
b) Changes to fields requested
c) Changes to years of Data requested
d) Changes to cohort definition
e) Changes to the data storage location (i.e. projects outside the SRE)
f) Changes to funding
g) New data linkages (whether or not publically available)
h) Extension of term the Research Agreement
i) Addition or removal of project team members, regardless of whether they will be accessing data.
Amendments and Extensions. No modification, amendment, or alteration in the terms or condition contained herein will be effective unless contained in a written document prepared with the same or similar formality as this Agreement and executed by persons authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Parties.

Amendments and Extensions. Any extension, amendment or alteration of this Option Agreement shall be in writing executed by both Optionor and Optionee. Optionor and Optionee may agree to extend the Option Period in 30 day increments. No extension of the Option Period will be allowed to extend past the day that is 90 days prior to the expected closing date for the sale of the Condominium to the Optionee.
