AMENDMENTS OF ANNEXES AND APPENDIX. The AHKFTA Joint Committee may, upon recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Rules of Origin, amend in writing Annex 3-1 (Operational Certification Procedures), and Appendix (List of Data Requirements). The amendments to Annex 3-1 (Operational Certification Procedures) and the Appendix (List of Data Requirements) adopted in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be promptly published and shall come into effect on the date determined by the Parties through the AHKFTA Joint Committee. The AHKFTA Joint Committee shall, upon recommendation of the Sub-Committee on Rules of Origin, adopt the transposition that is in the revised nomenclature of the HS following the World Customs Organization’s periodic amendments to the HS nomenclature in Annex 3-2 (Product Specific Rules). Such transposition shall be carried out without impairing the existing commitments and shall be completed in a timely manner.

  • Priority of agreements, clauses and schedules 1.4.1 This Agreement, and all other agreements and documents forming part of or referred to in this Agreement are to be taken as mutually explanatory and, unless otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, the priority of this Agreement and other documents and agreements forming part hereof or referred to herein shall, in the event of any conflict between them, be in the following order:

  • Annexes The Annexes form an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

  • Definitions and Exhibits The following terms when used in this Agreement shall be defined as follows:
