Amendments to Open Space Construction Documents Approvals. ‌ Developer may apply to the Agency and Public Works Department for an amendment to Construction Documents consistent with the Applicable City Regulations. All proposed amendments to the Construction Documents shall be reviewed and considered by Public Works Department and the Agency Director in the manner and to the extent set forth in Section VIII.E; provided that: (i) proposed amendments that materially extend the Schedule of Performance for Completion of the Associated Public Benefits; or (ii) proposed amendments that materially amend the Schematic Design Documents shall be reviewed under the standards and procedures applicable to Schematic Design Documents in Section VIII.C XI.
