Common use of Amount and Method of Compensation Clause in Contracts

Amount and Method of Compensation. The total annual cumulative amount authorized for all Surtax Project Work Authorizations issued under this Agreement shall not exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00). The method of compensation to be paid under each individual Work Authorization will be under one or a combination of the following methods as specified in the operative Work Authorization and based upon the Salary Costs described in Exhibit B.

Amount and Method of Compensation. The total annual cumulative amount authorized for all Surtax Project Work Authorizations issued under this Agreement shall not exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.001,000,000), except when utilized for Surtax Projects for which the Work Authorizations will be issued in accordance with the Purchasing Director’s delegated authority. The method of compensation to be paid under each individual Work Authorization will be under one or a combination of the following methods as specified in the operative Work Authorization and based upon the Salary Costs described in Exhibit B.

Amount and Method of Compensation. The total annual cumulative amount authorized for all non-Surtax Project Work Authorizations issued under this Agreement shall not exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.001,000,000). When Surtax Project funding is also utilized for Work Authorizations, the total amount for all Work Authorizations may be increased, but shall not exceed Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000). The method of compensation to be paid under each individual Work Authorization will be under one or a combination of the following methods as specified in the operative Work Authorization and based upon the Salary Costs described in Exhibit B.
