Amount and Purpose of the Grant. For the purpose of contributing to the implementation of the Project, JICA shall extend a grant of the amount of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MILLION Japanese Yen (¥417,000,000) (hereinafter referred to as “the Grant”) to the Government of the Republic of Moldova in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of Japan and within the scope of the E/N.

  • Duration of the Grant The Activity starts on 1 July 2021 and ends on 30 June 2024, which is the Activity Completion Date. The Agreement ends on 30 November 2024 or when the Commonwealth accepts all of the reports provided by the Grantee and the Grantee has repaid any Grant amount as required under this Agreement, which is the Agreement End Date.

  • Timing of the Grant 5.1 Payments will be made in accordance with Schedule 2, to be paid within 21 working days.

  • Purpose of DPA The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time.
