Common use of Amount of Employer Contribution Clause in Contracts

Amount of Employer Contribution. For supervisors eligible for an Employer Contribution as described in Section 3, the amount of the Employer Contribution will be determined as follows beginning on January 1, 2006. The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2005 will continue through December 31, 2005.

Amount of Employer Contribution. The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2005 2009 will continue through December 31, 20052009.
