Balloon Amount definition

Balloon Amount. The remaining principal balance to be paid at maturity of a Balloon Loan by the related Borrower pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
Balloon Amount means a lump sum payment due at the end of the Term of a lease.
Balloon Amount means the amount of fifty million four hundred and fifteen thousand Dollars (US$50,415,000) to be paid on the Maturity Date or on any other date when the Balloon Amount is payable pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Balloon Amount in a sentence

  • The amortization of each Mortgage Loan must reduce to zero, or as to Balloon Loans, the respective Balloon Amount, at the end of the Mortgage Loan term through the application of regular monthly payments.

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence, the Monthly Payment on each Balloon Loan with a delinquent Balloon Amount is equal to the assumed monthly payment that would have been due on the related Due Date based on the original principal amortization schedule for such Balloon Loan.

  • If the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower is less than the Maximum Amount, the amount of each Repayment Instalment and the relevant Balloon Amount shall be reduced pro rata to the amount actually advanced.

  • Any such prepayment shall be applied in prepayment of, first, the Balloon Amount and, second, the earlier Repayment Instalment (if relevant) in inverse order of maturity.

  • If the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrowers is less than the Maximum Amount, the amount of each Repayment Instalment, including the Balloon Amount, shall be reduced pro rata to the amount actually advanced.


More Definitions of Balloon Amount

Balloon Amount means the “Balloon amount” set forth in Part 1 of Appendix B.
Balloon Amount means the principal component of the last Loan Instalment payable by the Debtor under an Auto Loan Contract which is a Balloon Loan;
