Common use of An Electronic Clause in Contracts

Where we grant you access to an Electronic Trading Service, we will grant you, for the term of this Agreement, a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferrable license to use our Electronic Trading Service pursuant to and in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
