Electronic Technician. 1 – Employees who are certified Electricians or who possess certification from an Institute of Technology and are eligible for registration as an Engineering Technologist (OACETT) or equivalent and have completed a course (acceptable to the Fire Xxxxxxxx) and are certified to perform annual alarm inspection/testing/repair, shall be paid the Electrician’s rate as set out in Appendix B.

Electronic Technician. 2 – Employees who do not possess the certifications required to be an Electronic Technician 1 (above) shall be paid as set out in Appendix B.
Electronic Technician. (1) An Electronic Technician shall possess a thorough knowledge of electronic theory, understand the operation of electronic components, and circuits, and must be able to read and understand electronic schematics. Electronic Technicians must be familiar and competent in the operation of test equipment such as, but not limited to, multimeters, frequency counters, watt meters, service monitors, spectrum analyzers, frequency generators, frequency selective level meters, transmission test sets, digital transmission testers, and other types of telecommunications test equipment. Electronic Technicians shall be required to operate any hand and power tools needed to accomplish the work. Electronic Technicians shall possess advanced computer skills. Electronic Technicians will perform their assigned work without direct individual supervision.
Electronic Technician except Northern District - Install, maintain, calibrate, test and repair of electronic and electro-magnetic components associated with SCADA (Supervisory control and Data Acquisition) Systems and remote control of and protection of Electric Traction Facilities.
Electronic Technician. An electronic technician shall install, calibrate, adjust, service and maintain electronic equipment such as radios, inter-office communication equipment and any other electronic systems as the Employer may require. When the work at hand requires 2 (two) employees for either technical or safety reasons, 2 (two) electronic technicians shall be sent out on the job.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMITTALS 3.1. Submittal Exchange® (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) shall be used to provide an on-line database and repository, which shall be used to transmit and track project-related documents. The intent for using this service is to expedite the construction process by reducing paperwork, improving information flow, and decreasing submittal review turnaround time.

  • Electronic Links The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may provide hyperlinks from the Participating Institutions’ and the Authorized Users’ web page(s) or website(s) to individual units of content within the Licensed Materials.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.

  • Electronic Backups Subrecipient shall ensure that all electronic information is protected by performing regular backups of automated files and databases and ensure the availability of information assets for continued business. Subrecipient shall ensure that all data, files, and backup files are encrypted.

  • Electronic Services We may provide electronic document delivery services for the delivery to you of all disclosures, statements, notices, contracts or agreements, receipts, modifications or amendments, and all other documentation regarding your membership, accounts, transactions, or other business you have with us (collectively referred to as "documents" or "documentation"). If you agree to receive such documentation electronically, you specifically agree and acknowledge that we may provide the documents electronically either by sending an e-mail with the text of the documents embedded in the text of the e- mail message or as an attachment contained within the e-mail, or by posting such documents on our website or on- line banking service and notifying you that the documents have been so posted. You have a right to request and receive a paper copy of these documents if that right is provided under applicable law. You may also withdraw your consent and revoke your agreement to receive the documents electronically. To request a paper copy or to revoke your consent, call, write, or e-mail us at the number and addresses provided on the Rates & Fees Schedule. If any of our e-mails are returned to us as undeliverable, we will change our delivery mode to paper format, and you will be required to re-apply for our electronic delivery service and to update your e-mail address accordingly. We may also offer electronic services such as on-line banking or on-line bill pay, which allow you to conduct transactions to and from your account(s) and to conduct other business with us electronically. You may be required to sign a separate agreement regarding these services and you will be subject to any on-line instructions, rules, agreements, and restrictions provided on the website(s) or provided to you at the time you open an account or enroll in these services. You may be required to be enrolled in our on-line banking service in order to enroll in our electronic document delivery service. Enrollment in, and use of, these electronic services does not relieve you of your duty to promptly examine your statements, checks, and other documentation for irregularities or discrepancies regarding your accounts in accordance with this and your other Agreements you have with us. Subject to applicable law, we may suspend some or all electronic services and access to your checking or other account(s) if you become delinquent on any of your loan or deposit obligations to us or you cause a loss to us. We shall not be liable to you in any regard in connection with such suspension of services.

  • ELECTRONIC WORKFLOW SYSTEM OGS reserves the right to incorporate an electronic workflow system that may include elements of the Authorized User RFQ process. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. TRAVEL, MEALS AND LODGING - LOT 4 – IMPLEMENTATION ONLY For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be charged that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement. We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.

  • Electronic Devices No electronic devices that may hinder job performance or safety (especially cell phones), may be carried on employees’ person, or be used by employees during working hours.
