Common use of An employee and Agency Clause in Contracts

An employee and Agency. Department Head may agree that the employee shall work a part-time work schedule of ninety percent (90%), eighty percent (80%), seventy percent (70%), sixty percent (60%), or fifty percent (50%) in any biweekly pay period with a corresponding reduction in pay and paid benefits as set forth in subsection 5.F.4.
