An Employee requesting maternity leave. (a) shall notify her Head at least ten (10) weeks in advance of the expected due date that she is pregnant and specifying the anticipated date of delivery. (b) shall notify her Head at least four (4) weeks in advance of the date she shall begin her maternity leave and the date she shall return to work unless the Employee is taking the maximum to which she is entitled. These dates can be amended with four (4) weeks’ notice to the Head.
