Anniversary Dates and Increments. (a) Employees shall progress on the grid, according to their job classification, on the anniversary date of permanent employment; employees transferring to a new job classification shall progress on the grid based on the anniversary date of the transfer to a new classification. (b) For purposes other than seniority (Article 9), permanent ten (10) month employees will be recognized as having completed one (1) year of service on their anniversary date. (c) Progression from start to maximum rate in each category will be in accordance with the time schedule specified.
