Annual 12 Unit Minimum Requirement. All Degree Track units must be commenced and successfully completed within the school year (July 1 to June 30). Units required are twelve (12) semester units (or quarter unit equivalent). This requirement shall be adjusted in the case of those who are in paid status (whether due to late start or approved leave) for less than 75% of the school year: if less than one-half year, no specific number of units is required; if one-half or more up to 75%, six (6) units are required.
