Annual and Semi-Annual. ‘Effective Date’ The University designates an “Annual Effective Date,” “Fall Semi-Annual Effective Date,” “Spring Semi- Annual Effective Date” or “Summer Effective Date” for Subscribers newly enrolled under the Plan. If You enroll for coverage during the Initial Enrollment Period, Your coverage begins on either the “Annual Effective Date” or the “Fall Semi-Annual Effective Date” specified by the University. If You enroll for coverage during an Open Enrollment period, Your coverage begins on either the “Spring Semi-Annual Effective Date” or the “Summer Effective Date” specified by the University.
