Annual Directors’ Meeting. Program Directors for prevention programs are required to attend, unless otherwise approved by System Agency.
Annual Directors’ Meeting. The Board shall hold an annual meeting on the fourth (4th) Friday of September of each year for the purpose of organization, election of officers, and the transaction of other business; provided, however, that should the said date fall upon a legal holiday, then said meeting shall be held at the same time on the next day thereafter occurring which is not a legal holiday. Notice of this meeting shall not be required.
