Inspection and Maintenance. Allow the Bank or its duly authorized representatives to inspect the books, records, assets, property, and operations of the Borrower at any reasonable time on reasonable notice and maintain said books, records, assets, property and operations of the Borrower to the satisfaction of the Bank.
Inspection and Maintenance. Allow the Lender or its duly authorized representatives to inspect the Collateral and the books, records, assets, property, and operations of the Borrower and the Guarantor at any reasonable time on reasonable notice and maintain said books, records, assets, property and operations of the Borrower and the Guarantor to the reasonable satisfaction of the Lender.
Inspection and Maintenance. A. Motivate shall, at all times, follow and strictly comply with the manufacturer’s requirements, warranties, and recommendations for assembly, maintenance, storage, repair, and replacement of all Capital Equipment.
B. Motivate shall perform, for every Bicycle placed, the following tasks at least (i.e., at a minimum) every month, unless the manufacturer’s requirements, warranties, and recommendations for assembly, maintenance, storage, repair, and replacement of all Capital Equipment require, recommend, or call for, a different frequency, in which case Motivate shall comply with such requirement or recommendation:
i) inspect drive chain for proper functioning and lubrication and repair as needed;
ii) inspect handlebar for proper centering and tightness and repair as needed;
iii) inspect tires for proper inflation, defects, and wear and repair as needed;
iv) inspect brakes for excessive wear and ensure proper working order and repair as needed;
v) inspect saddle for proper tightness, excessive wear, and deterioration and repair as needed;
vi) inspect shifters for proper functioning and repair as needed;
vii) inspect lights for proper functioning and repair as needed;
viii) inspect fenders and chain guard for proper functioning, defects, and wear and repair as needed;
ix) ensure that all other Bicycle components including, without limitation, the basket, xxxx, and sponsor attribution are properly attached and functioning and repair as needed; and
x) clean Bicycle.
C. Motivate shall perform, for every Bicycle at any time placed in service the following tasks at least (i.e., at a minimum) annually and on an as-needed basis, unless the manufacturer’s requirements, warranties, and recommendations for assembly, maintenance, storage, repair, and replacement of all Equipment require, recommend, or for a different frequency, in which case Motivate shall comply with such requirement or recommendation:
i) remove and clean entire drive train;
ii) inspect and adjust tension, and true wheels;
iii) inspect tires for excessive wear, defects, and replace inner tubes; and
iv) inspect hubs for proper functioning.
D. Motivate shall, immediately upon discovery of a damaged and/or malfunctioning Bicycle proposed to be placed, or placed, in service in the Portland service area, remove the Bicycle from service. In addition, the Project Officer may require Motivate to remove a Bicycle from service for any reason.

Inspection and Maintenance. Lessor and BRC reserves the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times to inspect them, to perform required maintenance and repairs, to make additions or alterations on any part of the building in which the Premises are located and Lessee agrees to permit Lessor to do so. Lessor or BRC may, in connection with such alteration additions, or repairs, erect scaffolding, fences and similar structures, post relevant notices, and place movable equipment; provided that in so doing Lessor shall use its best efforts to avoid disturbing Lessee's quiet enjoyment of the Premises, or interfering with their occupation thereof.
Inspection and Maintenance. Urban Desk may need to enter the Client’s premises and may do so at any time. However, unless there is an emergency, Urban Desk will attempt to notify the Client verbally or electronically in advance when Urban Desk needs to access to carry out testing, repair or works other than routine inspection, cleaning and maintenance. Urban Desk will also Endeavour to respect reasonable security procedures to protect the confidentiality of client’s business.

(2) Operator shall perform a maintenance check for each Bicycle once every two calendar months consisting of the following checks, with deficient elements repaired or replaced as necessary: Check tire pressure, and add air as may be needed, to recommended Pounds per Square Inch measurement; Check tightness of handlebars, headset bearings, and full handlebar range of motion (left to right); Check tightness of seat, seat post quick-release, and see that seat post moves freely in full range of motion (up and down); Check brake function (front and rear); Check grips for wear and brake levers for tightness and damage; Check bell for tightness and correct function; Check handlebar covers for damage and instruction stickers; Check front basket for tightness and damage, and check bungee cord for wear; Check for correct gears and shifter function through all 5 gears; Check fenders (front and rear) for damage, and clean outside of fenders; Check tires (front and rear) for damage or wear; Check wheels (front and rear) for trueness, broken or bent spokes and hub or axle tightness; Check LED lights (front and rear) for function; Check reflectors on wheels, seat and basket, to ensure they are present, clean, and undamaged; Check pedals and cranks for tightness; Lubricate and clean chain and check chain tensioner for correct function; Check kickstand for correct function; and Take brief test ride to ensure overall correct function of Bicycle.
(3) Operator shall clean each Station two times per month-- one time between the first and fifteenth days of the month, and one time between the sixteenth and last days of the month. Station cleaning shall consist of, at a minimum, litter removal and, as needed, power washing of Docks, Terminal Platforms and pavement.
Inspection and Maintenance. The Fire Alarm Contractor shall provide an inspection report that meets local and state fire department mandates for each facility listed in Attachment “A.” One copy of the report will be provided to local and/or state fire regulatory agencies and one copy provided to the Cleveland Municipal School District Building Trades Division. Inspection / test results will identify type of fire alarm systems and/or systems and all peripheral equipment presently utilized by the schools in accordance with NFPA standards;
Inspection and Maintenance. All components of the stormwater system shall be inspected at least semiannually in early spring and early autumn, and after major storm events. Repairs will be made whenever the performance of a stormwater control structure is compromised. Soil erosion, clogged or damaged inlets, sedimentation of the pond, xxxxxxx of side slopes, and other compromised features of the stormwater system are examples of items requiring repair work. The operation and maintenance plan shall remain onsite and be available for inspection when requested by the Department of Natural Resources or the City of Fond du Lac. When requested, the owner shall make available for inspection all maintenance records to the department or agent for the life of the system.
Inspection and Maintenance. (1) Motivate will, at all times, follow and strictly comply with the manufacturer’s requirements, warranties, and recommendations for assembly, maintenance, storage and repair of all Program equipment.
(2) Motivate will perform regular maintenance checks for each bicycle, with deficient elements repaired or replaced as necessary. All bicycles identified by customers as needing service shall be repaired or removed from service within 72 hours.
(3) Motivate will clean each Station as necessary.
(4) Motivate will remove conspicuous graffiti within 48 hours after notification.
(5) Motivate will remove conspicuous accumulations of litter from Stations within 48 hours after notification.
(6) Motivate will maintain a quality control checklist and inspection process for bicycles and Stations similar to Manager’s current practices and shall share the checklists with Manager.
Inspection and Maintenance. (1) The Company shall inspect the rental bike before lending it to the User and perform all necessary maintenance.
(2) The User or the Rider shall confirm that there are no maintenance problems with the rental bike and that it meets the rental conditions when lending it. ♙rticle 4(Usage)
1. ♙dministrative responsibilities of the User The User or the Rider shall use and store the rental bike from the handover and return of the Rental bike (hereinafter referred to as “during rental use”) with the care of a good administrator.
