Common use of Annual Leave and Leave Without Pay Clause in Contracts

Annual Leave and Leave Without Pay. An employee may elect with the consent of Council to take annual leave or leave without pay for the purpose of providing care and support for a person in accordance with sub-clause 17.1.2.2. Such leave shall be taken in accordance with sub-clause 17.2, Annual Leave and sub- clause 17.11, Leave Without Pay of this Agreement.

Such leave shall be taken in accordance with sub-clause 17.2, 13 Annual Leave and sub- clause 17.11, 20 Leave Without Pay of this Agreement.
