Common use of Annual Leave and Leave Without Pay Clause in Contracts

Annual Leave and Leave Without Pay. An employee may elect with the consent of the employer to take annual leave or leave without pay for the purpose of providing care and support for a person in accordance with subclause (v) above. Such leave shall be taken in accordance with Clause 21D, Annual Leave and Clause 21M, Leave Without Pay of this Agreement.
