Common use of Annual Leave and Leave Without Pay Clause in Contracts

Annual Leave and Leave Without Pay. An employee may elect, with the consent of the Society, to take annual leave or leave without pay for the purpose of providing care and support for a person in accordance with subclause 17.3. Such leave shall be taken in accordance with clause 13 Annual Leave and clause 20 Leave Without Pay of this Agreement.

Annual Leave and Leave Without Pay. An employee may elect, elect with the consent of the Society, KEE to take annual leave or leave without pay for the purpose of providing care and support for a person in accordance with subclause 17.3clause 21.2 (iv) (b). Such leave shall will be taken in accordance with clause 13 21.3, Annual Leave and clause 20 21.12, Leave Without Pay of this Agreementagreement.

An employee may elect, elect with the consent of the Society, Service to take annual leave or leave without pay for the purpose of providing care and support for a person in accordance with subclause 17.3(iv) above. Such leave shall be taken in accordance with clause 13 Clause 17 Part C, Annual Leave and clause 20 Clause 17 Part H, Leave Without Pay of this Agreementagreement.
