Annual Leave of Short Duration. If annual leave of short duration is requested in writing by an employee before the schedule is posted, such requests shall not be unreasonably denied by the Co-ordinator/Supervisor and the Co-ordinator/Supervisor shall notify the employee of the decision before the schedule is posted.
